My First Day On A New Permission

Recommended Posts

Virgin site from 1776. First coin found was the silver Rosie. Oh brother! Month later all these "Big Pennies " were found.13416879_266596647033871_3006877957320164406_o.thumb.jpg.440e5e6cdc6052924af01a971f24719f.jpg

You east coast guys make me sick, with all those LC's and Colonial coppers !  Sick sick sick  🤬

I think those largies are in every tot-lot and sand box on the east coast 😅   More gold coins are found out west than large cents.

Great hunt and I am sure it was some hard work with all the trash you had to dig.

Good luck on your next outing and stay safe.

This site was deemed Historical but privately owned. When I asked permission, he said, would you like to wager a guess on how many people proceeded you to ask for permission? I responded I did not know but I'm asking now. He told me he could tell I was passionate about my request and sole permission was granted. 10 years later I still visit from time to time and in his dwelling, he still displays the many coins and artifacts I returned to him.
