  1. ... I think it would be good to compare the 9.5 "hf ellipse and the 9" circle coil in the field on the same targets, or the influence of the height of the IAR setting and frekvency setting on the quality of detection of small gold targets.
  2. With a 15 "coil, I will be strongly interested in resistance to EMI and Mineralization of the Terrain.,and weight... I will definitely buy a new 5X10 "coil.. COILTEK ..- I really like this coil .and it will definitely be a success...I see it on a great coli..
  3. Mike ... it will also depend on where you detect .... if you are in the US ,, on US size coins so I could be a coil 9 "X35 3.7 khz-28khz ,,, if you are from another part world and you are detecting significantly smaller hammerred coins so I would choose a 9 "HF 13khz-58 khz coil ... These 9 "round coils have a really good 2D and 3D 360 degree separation..and a very good depth .. 5x9.5 "ellipse HF-13khz-80khz is a bit less deep, so it has and less good 3D separation .... but it can excel in 2D separation and as in certain positions of iron and coins in deep separation ..
  4. So what I know is that Coiltek has to make another 3 different coils for Equinox ... We can only guess that these coils could be in dimensions that equinox is still missing ... and in my opinion it will be coils in size..5.5 "x9.5", 8-9 ", and maybe a larger coil somewhere in 13 "dimensions ... We can still think about the design and the weight, but .. in my opinion it will be easy coils .. since we have a 5.5 "x9.5" Coiltek coil for Etrac, and a 5.5x8"..V8 coil for Vanquish, we can still compare these two coil concepts .. The coil coil for Etrac is larger in size - it is a fully covered coil ... so a larger weight is justified here ..So it's a bit of a duel of different coil concepts ..
  5. We can only thank now ... that Steve Herschbach ..., Jeff McClendon ..., Chase Goldman .. and Abenson / Andrew, + nice video / ... provided a lot of direct, and from my point of view .. very accurate and valuable information regarding the Gold Field program-XP Deus program or the GOLD1 / FINE Gold program -XP ORX .. in Gold prospecting ...👍 GOLD FIELD ... This type of program - which is based on almetall is very effective .. when detected in difficult terrain..i where it will work significantly better than other Programs of "Discriminatory Type" .... and with the correct setting of reactivity2.5 -3 and low IAR Fe disk ... they can pass well through strong mineralization ..as butter.... Gold field ... this program is strongly dependent on the correct tuning of GB to the field..and -If you have a problem with debugging, increase the reactivity of the degree, for example from reactivity 2 to reactivity 2.5 ... or in more demanding terrain increase reactivity 2.5- on reactivity 3 .. The high reactivity setting with this case also works as a Hypersat setting .. and excellently able to stabilize and adapt the terrain terrain detector .. If you are looking for 0.1 gram gold, try to use a frequency of 30 khz as a base .. and but if the terrain allows you to use a higher frequency of 54/74 khz ... remember the higher the frequency you use - this will make the detector more sensitive to terrain mineralization. in this case increase the reactivity. One of the important criteria in the detection here is the appropriate correct tuning of the Ground balance ..... to the greatest stability ..but a slightly positive answer .. when the coil approaches the ground .. If you get a very indistinct and, washed out, stretched signal from the target .. correct the correct GB ... and you will get a better and more point signal .. However, Steve correctly remarked ... that with the 9 "round HF coil you can quite successfully use some of the discrimination programs in certain situations, which will also detect well enough ... and fully with it ..👍 .in my case I use the Coin Deep program at Orx for reactivities 2-2.5..
  6. As long as I hold the whites detector in my hand, I still feel like the Whites are alive .... Because good detectors will never be bad ..... .. In any case, it's a really great step from Garrett ..that we have access to the Whites Detector Manuals ....Thank you, Garrett...👍
  7. It depends on the detector model, but try it on your detectors and let me know if you can make any improvements. I could mention a few types of detectors, but this is not part of this article ..
  8. The detector works more or less than a measuring device ... the signal from the coil goes to the electronics of the detector where it is processed through various stages of filters ... .. Here are 2 simple examples: 1 .Example .... - "detection of coins and jewelery" - you are only interested in non-ferrous signals .... If you use too open discrimination in such detection ... .or from the mineralization of the terrain ... it can strongly influence the correct final calculation of the target signal ID .... this means that it also affects the stability of detection .... If you use a reasonable closure around the iron / non-ferrous border ... very often there is a significant improvement in the ID ... I mostly use such a setting for detectors with Mix mode..a so I know that I will not pass any signal ..- even though I know that my discrimination is set reasonably high .. 2. The example is quite well known - it is a reduction of the signal or volume of iron, which is called "Iron Volume", which has a significant effect on the separation properties of the detector ... sometimes and extremely positive.
  9. When developing new detection technologies, I would focus more from my point of view on the elimination of erroneous or unnecessary data, especially the data that are unnecessary for certain types of detection. Here I would use AI. In terms of the range and sensitivity of the detector, I would like to improve the quality of the S / N parameter of the received signal .. it can be improved in several ways ..
  10. The current price of INTRONIK is somewhere at 1500-1600 euros .. so far only a few INTRONIK detectors have been sold and sent for Europe, specifically for Beta-testers ... The INKRONIK detector should go on sale for Europe this year. My colleague and friend Pasadete ../ Beta-tester / ... lent me his INTRONIK to test and evaluate the properties and possibilities of this detector ,, -because I already have experience with the previous model of this company ..... it is a detector AKA Signum .. However, I am especially interested in what the INTRONIK offered from the detection point of view compared to its older Signum model ... but also how it is possible to offer compared to other Top reference detector models from Other Brands ... from the point of view of target identification, depth of detection and separation in iron .... as well as in the ratio Detector power / with respect to the detector price. testing will take place not only on the test fields, but also on the detection of more demanding terrain where several groups of good detectors have passed. Finally ... I'm glad I can test this Multifrequency Detector INTRONIK, and you have your own experience about it ... And since I am a long-time fan of multifrequency technology./ / Spectra, Etrac / Equinox, Vanquish / I am still interested in what can be achieved in this area .. I started the first tests of INTRONIK programs ..in my test field ..
  11. Mike... the operation manual for INTRONIK is in English.. The detector menu is also in English.... Intronik STF Operation Manual ver. 1.xx (Draft) - AKAForums.com translation (2).pdf
  12. INTRONIK in multifrequency works simultaneously on 2 frequencies ... in the case of 13 "coil 540 these are frequencies 5khz and 40 khz .. Interestingly, this detector displays the VDI and Hodofrag- signal for each frequency separately.INTRONIK also has another central ID / bottom .. in the middle / calculated from both frequencies .. The detector has 7 differently set detection programs ... N1. Basic, .. N.2 Standard .., N.3 Deep, .. N.4 Fast, ... N.5 DeepDL .., .. N.6 Deep 2, N.7 Super Sens. For each program you can personally set another recovery adjustable Recovevy speed ... / 10 speed /. Already the first test air tests on all programs / factory settings / .. shows that these programs work in accordance with the intended Program type .... The first short field tests show that the recovery / reactivity level is set can increase the speed of the program - it works similarly to what we are used to this setting of other detectors....and it also means that .... that in more demanding terrain conditions, higher set recovery will be better to filter the mineralization of the terrain... 13. First of all, you need to realize that ... that Physical laws - Detection man can not change .. ... However, physical laws can change or strongly bend the detection environment - and here there is a lot of room for improvement in detection technology. I think we don't have to discuss Minelab's big contribution to multifrequency and PI detection technology.....I think the GPX 6000 will be a strong player in PI detection. I think Minelab is a manufacturer of Multi F and PI detectors, he still has some technologically strong aces on his hand .. and he can still place really strong cards on the detection table. The team from minelab launched an excellent multifrequency detector Equinox with mult-iIQ technology - in the middle price category ... and set the market for detectors for sure ... Now let's ask how many free technological aces lie in a deck of cards on the table ..- and how many detector manufacturers can use these aces really well .. .. On the other hand, my opinion is that in this year 2021 it can launch a multifrequency detector ... several manufacturers of detectors .., .. So it turns out .... how different manufacturers will be successful with their multi f-technologies ...
  14. The GTI 2500 whit BIG Nel coil ...has been used by my colleague for a long time, and it is a deep detector on the ALL Metal program ... Garett ATX is also a deep detector..and I will have the opportunity to test soon .....👍
  15. From top class detectors and 11"-13" coil .. you can realistically detect a larger coin at 40 cm, a military buckle at 65 cm, a field bottle at 90 cm, and a military helmet at 120 and more cm ... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 450 grams of silver depot can be detected at 85-90 cm ...my Tek.G2 in Test... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The NATO 20x 30cm ammunition box with the Two-box can be detected 150 cm in the ground.
  16. There should even be.... 3 new Equinox coils ..... so I think someone from Coiltek ..can know about it and say more ...
  17. I have Etrac ... so I also did tests .. on 1 gram of gold brick at 15 cm in 7-Bar black sand ... In magnetite, ETRAC will increment the item ID. Equinox retains a fairly accurate ID .. on an 11 "coil.. But I will do tests on Hematite and publish the results.- Hematite has similar properties to Rust ... which means that it reduces the ID of low-conductivity objects ... up to the iron zone. However, the correct setting of the detector also plays an important role here .. and the frequency used / High it's better /. - it is very important! Highly conductive objects it is not so visible .. I confirm that these tests really well simulate the difficult detection conditions in which I detect from time to time.
  18. It may depend on% concentration .. the content of magnetite / Fe3o4 / in Black Sand can be from 1% up to 20% and more percent ... 4-5% concentration of Magnetite in Black Sand is already demanding .... it will show a measuring 7 bar Fe3o4.. in Tek. G2....or a full sheet of mineralization indicator in XP ORX.
  19. Lunk....I read this information on the Czech forum .. which, when considering the difference between GPX 5000 and GPX 6000 .. How accurate and specific this information is, I can't confirm it ..., I think we'll see it in the near future .. I can be critical of Minelab sometime, and I will continue to be ../ additional coils / .... but mostly when Minelab comes out with a new detector technology..that's a step forward ..
  20. If Minelab made an ellipse 5x9.5 "..and .. 9" round coil for Equinox 600/800 .. then I will believe that I hear the opinions of many Users on this Forum..
  21. I read that the GPX 6000 has the ability to detect 0.01 grams of gold ... so Geosense can work really well ..., We'll see how the tests confirm it .. Another thing that may be interesting is whether the GPX 6000 software is updatable .., this could explain its automatic ability to adapt to detection conditions.
  22. I think ... that several new multifrequency detectors will be released this year ...
  23. https://franklinmint.com/products/spanish-american-4-maravedis The coinage is quite similar to this hammered coin - the Spanish-American Maradevis....
  24. If the new GPX 6000 will replace the two previous PI detectors for sensitivity and range on small and large gold ... then I see some good progress in that ... Automation of settings according to the terrain .... that's the future of detection ...- who would did not want the excellent PI detector "Turn on and Detect"? The construction of the detector looks like it is durable, in the specification it is called waterproof against rain .. ... Finally, the first tests show ... what detection results can show GPX6000 .. I think it will be the most important ..
