While I knew nothing about Eleanor prior to reading her obituary I must say what an inspirational woman, and a truly wonderful person.  A sad loss not only for metal detector users, she was involved in many great things and will be a impactful painful loss to all of the people she associated with and those that benefited from her endeavors.  She was one of the good ones.
