matt Posted November 14, 2017 Share Posted November 14, 2017 I don't recall anything in the video about the use of mercury or the potato being used for the removal of mercury. You are correct that potato have been used for retort, but I think this was a video for melting gold into an ingot. Probable still good advise to do this outdoors.
