Last metal detecting club meeting someone entered a find in the find the month which was a working (?) 1800’s miniature toy cannon about the diameter of a pencil on a hinged mount something like what you have.  Now I wish I’d had more time to take a closer look at it.

I did the same thing to that knife I dug last summer. 

We gotta dig bigger holes I guess..  🥸  So much harder to hide than the little ones.

I can't believe I didn't scratch the quarter I dug today. The ice kept deflecting the shovel and I was digging 5 times to gain an inch a lot of the time. But I WAS digging In the middle of February uptah camp . 🤯!
