Had the same chat this morning on the river Thames........finds drying.During the pandemic they issued licence like there is no tomorrow from 2k larkers to 9k.............now licence are not issued because most of licencee dont report their finds.......still managed some coins this morining with the manticore and yes 1 was silver no gold nugget though........... Maybe backed up by the Turkish government...................so funds are limitless ,been twice to work in Turkey they manufacture a lot of good stuff, pleasant people and very hard working never heard a complain and the food is amazing.Whats not to like RR

Nice!!!!!!!!long ago a french metal detecting magazine published an article about a guy in Canada who manage to locate the site of a serious skirmish .There was 2 cool pick of 2 musket balls 1 had the print of uniform material(probably broke the bone/s) and the other hit the flint of a opponent rifle (ouch my eye)......i had a pile of ww1 french propaganda newspaper(Le Mirroir if i am correct) and there also was a picture of 2 bullets who collided. As i often say if the energy and money was spend more positively we will live in a better world RR

Bought another one ..........................used in UK 2 coils and Zink garrett headphones i paid 650GBP Why ??????????????? because my first one went to a guy who run tons of tests and did a great write up for himself and share it with me...............on the mineralised sand nothing beat it but a PI.Depth on beaches are really good as i found out with the 1st one Garett zlink sounds is crap i was using fake(i didnt know) Marshalls headphones the sounds was crisp MR

Hello to all,i sucombed to the call and did get a manticore after reports of its very good sensitivity on goodies. I hit a pretty poor beach today with free parking and lots of space to cover.Wasnt expecting much.There is a wreck there which i use to check the sand level. Did 3hours not really playing the settings beach deep sounds normal sens 24,few bit nothing major but i.love the screen. RR
