Chase Goldman
How about a focused closeup and put a coin next to it for scale.
2Valen
I would like to know if the box is gold plated or silver? Is the chain silver, and the pendent silver? As Chase has asked we need a good clear close-up of the entire item. With that stated the box looks early 1900's, but without what I asked for I will not say any more. Skull diver
Seems like a pendant to me...V shaped, probably meaning victory...As a prize medal ...
Crosswinds
Hey guys thanks for all your initial information. The box and chain are either gold or gold plated. The V emblem seems to be silver. For some reason I can only send 1 picture per post. Will send another picture on a second post. Hopefully I took better pictures this time. Thanks again. Crosswinds
Unfortunately my computer is not allowing me to send my second photo. My apologies.
Chase Goldman
Ok now we're getting somewhere. Gotta see that second photo of the internal and the pendant (or whatever it is) when you have it. Any marks whatsover on the case (besides the crown) or the pendant? How did it ring up (TID) on the Equinox and what coil/frequency were you using? Crosswinds
Here is the second photo. Was using my XP deus in deep mode. Haven't found any markings on it.
GB_Amateur
Very interesting find. It might also help to say (at least) in what country you found it. USA, Canada, Great Britain, Australia,...?
