Nice.....isn't there another machine that ran on 19khz?....and wasnt it a hot one..? I so agree that a cover, case should be automatic...not an accessory....we want to protect our investment. Thx for the update, Dilek! :-) PS I am not saying Nokta would necessarily have to give it to us, but at least make it part of the pkg and if they need to charge a little more, so be it... -
Wow, I have never seen anything like that with nuggets before

Minelab GPZ 7000, The Controversy Ends?
vanursepaul replied to Steve Herschbach's topic in Minelab Metal Detectors
Well when it all comes down to it---the ole '7005 is probably the answer for anyone with problems,,,,, I could probably work out a trade with any of you zed owners......if........ you can give me some boot that is!!!! -
I detected all one morning and i was getting very cranky about the noise my 2300 was spewing... until i realized i had my Garrett pointer in my front pocket---- i had even stopped to take out my shoes laces because i thought there may be a little metal string in them..... duh...
-
Thx Steve... Here is a little test i did with a piece of string to see how fast the belt would be going,,,,and guess what??? I think it is just right! Now to get some glue and get the belt pieced together.... Man, I would love to have a real shop where i had the right tools to do this stuff with---I enjoy making things, especially out of things people have scrapped. https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B-ouRCXcJJA_WFV3MGtkNUduSGM Man, i gotta lose this weight,,can you hear me breathing!!!

Thank you, I try my best not to highgrade..expect the same from other prospectors...there's too much territory out there to have to do that. -

The Magnetron 7007----- Guaranteed to get trash up to 40% deeper! :-)
-
Looks good.... I wondered how to clean the junk of these rakes when they become full.... So I have been toying with the idea to make a small electromagnetic rake using small li-ion batteries for power...that way I could dump the trash without touching it.... As we all know how it is hard to get our pick magnets clean. I was inspired by watching the scrap yard behemoths that move metal from one place to another..... Maybe I will work on that when I move back to Reno next month. I have a DIY conveyor build going on now...lol
