That's so true, la torche.  Looks like another day without a Manticore Cessna shipment arriving.  I guess I'll go do something constructive like writing a Christmas check to Toys For Tots or the local food bank.  Maybe that will remind me what is really important in life.

I'm in glorious (but cold) Canada. Was just told by my dealer that he is expecting a Manticore shipment on the 21st (2 weeks from now). woo hoo! I'll do the ~ 45 minute drive over there and pick it up in person...cheers

At least it is on the way to you and before Christmas.  But I sure hope the row boat Minelab sent them on to Canada doesn't have any problems navigating the fridged waters of the northern hemisphere.

Now that I think about it, Minelab Americas is in the Chicago area so everyone in North America is probably looking at the same time frame.

Looks like a French dealer is offering a 5% discount on the Manticore.  I don't speak French so I'm not certain.

i find that photo of the girl on the beach with her Manticore funny, she's got it reduced down in size, she must detect walking along on her knees to need it that size on the beach.  Her coil cable is too neat for someone that just squished it down, its wrapped as if shes using it small.

How to tell when the Manticore shipment hits U.S. shores.  If your dealer isn't on top of his contact at the distributor or Minelab Americas here is how you can tell when they arrive.  Of course, this FREE service might have a delay built in that I am unaware of.  Otherwise just scroll down and see if any large shipments have arrived at Minelab Americas.  In some cases it even says what has arrived and how many.
