George Kinsey
Fun to use in iron invested colonial sites.
TC-AZ
Man, I always wanted to get one back in the mid 70's. But as a kid, couldn't afford one, so I settled on a Jetco Mustang. Then I got outta H.S. and was working, so I purchased a White's 5000-D. What I read was how the Super Pro's had superb discrimination on junk items. What is your take on it, since you own one? Johnnysalami1957
I still think they need a cigar clipper and lighter on the machines.

MV Searcher
I had one a few years ago and used it occasionally at very trashy park locations. Yes it could find stuff amongst the trash but at very shallow depths. It is a very stable detector once setup correctly and the audio is also very good. No way can it match today's detectors but it still can unmask extremely well in trashy sites.
