The one main site I really love detecting.  It's thinned out a lot, but pretty much anything you dig is going to be old.  I'll be back, there has to be another gold coin there haha

Great finds Tom and Cal. 👍 I love those buttons y'all find out there, and it's funny to see a civil war button, kinda like one of us east coasties finding an "S" coin.

If no one has mentioned it already, the coins with nail holes are sometimes used on a house for good luck. The ground is good to stuff there.
