Paulito!!! I also found a buckle last week. Its was made by the Wm. Taussig Co. in about 1853. It is complete with both halves and adjusting dee and in excellent condition. I'm so danged clumsy on a computer that it takes me hours to load photos and move them around but I'll do it when I have time.

At one time I could time gold sales pretty well by just paying attention to what was occurring geopolitically and economically and using many of the same indicators as Mr. Melman in the ICMJ. But lately nothing is operating in a normal way financially. There should be flashing red lights and loud buzzers going off all over the place. I bought a digital scale from Doc's years ago Chinese made but I've never had a problem. Lately I've been using Fairbanks Morse dock scales.

I somehow angered a friend of mine while we were out detecting so he made me use his 2300 for punishment. The warbley threshold was not a problem at all as the target signal breaks through quit distinctly. When I have a bit more time I'll give my 2 cents worth. The damned thing does find gold.
