Very nice save on that beautiful ring, and I am sure that she will take care of it for you. When I am out with my girlfriend panning for gold and she see's a nugget before I do she claims it. Well maybe if your respond to some questions you would be able to get rid of some of those items. It's not cold right now, but the wind will knock you over in the creeks when you stand up. Had some truck problems today or else I would be out there detecting.

Just point to another area and say that you have to come back with a bigger shovel to uncover a chest over there. Just don't point in the same direction twice so you have a chance to go over that area later. Good luck on your next hunt and stay safe out there.

At 20:20 the waterfall is going backwards so I think this is propaganda. Some very nice scenes that would be good for a metal detector I'm sure. Thanks for sharing and the snow scenes look like what is on the ground where I'm at.

Don't care if it is a Manticore or not because it's -4 here with a -30 degree wind chill. I am not going outside for anything until it warms up. Well maybe to go get some real food and catch up with some friends. First more sleep and then get out.

Please don't doubt it, I have been working 20 hour days for the past 4 months and I am worn out. Today I am heading back home for a break and to be with family for the holidays. When I wake up after a full 24 hour nap, I plan to go to Denny's and tell them to keep the pancakes and sausage coming. Then I will order lunch. I am tired of missing meals and sleep and want to do something other than work. I miss swinging the detector or panning for gold that I don't even care if there is a foot of snow on the ground. I should be back home in Illinois sometime Friday night and there better not be any snow when I get there.

Those long skinny ears are for the water wings so you don't lose the detector in deep water. The wings will also wipe away your marks when beach hunting to confuse other people on where you were.

I really have to stop working so hard and get back out there. You make me jealous.
