  1. Fantastic finds you saved from the ground. Good luck on your next outing and stay safe because your hunting partner is jealous of your finds.
  2. Great looking nugget and I know that is a lot of hard work to make a find like that. But when all is said and done it seems as though it took only minutes and didn't bother you at all. Good luck on your next hunt and stay safe out there.
  3. Not if your a lefty they ain't. Great finds and nice permissions to keep you going for a while, so stay away from the beach long enough to clear the fields.
  4. Another great hunt again for you, how can you be so lucky with all that history. You have some great areas to hunt and some nice permissions in your pocket so keep up the hard work and save as much history as you can.
  5. Welcome to the forum and glad to see you here. There are many people here that can help you with your needs and also you can get a lot of information from the Minelab forums. Please be patient for replies to your questions. Good luck and good hunting.
  6. Looks like a pair of silver earrings was saved, and the rest looks like junk. Good luck on your next outing.
  7. Nice hunt and a nice save on the seated. Good luck on your next outing and I wish you luck on a better looking seated.
  8. Nice hunt again and a very good save on the thimble. Good luck out there and stay safe, we don't want any weather balloons crashing down on you.
  9. That is some beautiful gold right there, nice going and wait on the sd card for the video. Good luck on your next hunt.
  10. You found my weight I lost did you get the hook also that was attached to it. Good luck on your next outing, and I hope you had a good time out there in the warm weather.
  11. Looks like it had leather attached to it at some point. I have no clue what it would go to other than a strap to hold something in place.
  12. Good hunt this time of the year, sorry there was no gold for you. Good luck on your next hunt and stay safe.
  13. Here is another item that will give you a high EMI interference and that is the wifi modules they are putting on the power poles and lights. Where I live they are every where about 1 mile apart from each other.
  14. That's what it is all about, great job on the hard work. Good luck on your next hunt and stay safe on that snow and ice.
  15. For real it is a very nice find, and congrats on the recovery of such a nice coin. Good luck on your next hunt.
  16. Don't feel bad, grandfather had found some shells from an early WW2 machine gun still on the clip. He took it to the local police station to find out what they were and they almost had a heart attack because they were still live rounds. After that he got worried that he would dig up some more of them and stopped hunting in that area. Nice find and glad that you made it home alive with it.
  17. Nice find once again. Good luck on your next hunt and stay safe out there.
  18. Great save on the history, and wish you more luck on your next hunt.
  19. These are 100% snake proof, they do get a little warm on a sunny day, but you won't have to worry about snakes. They are on EBay for a small fortune I'm sure.
  20. Thanks Steve, I had no idea. I guess that my newbie is showing through as to not know the difference yet. I know that the NOX 6in coil is good and also the 10x5 CoilTek coil is great on the creek banks.
  21. You really have done well this month, so take the rest of the month off and let someone else have a chance. Good luck on your next outing and stay safe out there.
  22. Since learning a little bit on this forum I take a bottle of distilled water with me and spray the dirt off the coins when they come out of the ground. That way if dirt is on the coin and I put it i a pouch it won't scratch the coin and cause more damage to it. However in the past I would wipe as much dirt off it just to see what I found. That is why I am a newbie and others on this forum are better to learn from.
  23. Nice buttons that you have found over the years, and I bet each one of them made your day when they came out of the ground. Thanks for sharing.
  24. Since gumboots are rubber boots, can't a snake go through them? I have no idea if a snake can bite through rubber or not. But I am in the market for snake gaiters to go out west in the desert near rattle snakes.
