It has already made its "quiet" channel selection at that point, so the double press is just a quirk of the user interface timing and has no affect on actual operation. Apparently OP is still having problems with button presses and sent a third machine back for repair. Strange issue, if it is indeed different than the expected behavior I demonstrated .
