Mark Gillespie
Looks like a very successful hunt to me. Well I'd be 100% satisfied with finds like that. 1 Link to comment https://www.detectorprospector.com/topic/11139-virginia-relic-hunt-captures-some-keepers-and-a-bucket-lister/page/2/#findComment-108145 Share on other sites

It is a brass piece of horse tack stamped "U.S" that is fastened to the bit that is connected to the bridle/reins on a mounted cavalry horse. 3 1 Link to comment https://www.detectorprospector.com/topic/11139-virginia-relic-hunt-captures-some-keepers-and-a-bucket-lister/page/2/#findComment-108173 Share on other sites

alaskaseeker
Make yourself a rake magnet, I had one myself worked pretty good.. You need about 4 super magnets just stick them above the tines you can rake squares you want to detect. Takes a little time but so does digging trash... 2 Link to comment https://www.detectorprospector.com/topic/11139-virginia-relic-hunt-captures-some-keepers-and-a-bucket-lister/page/2/#findComment-108567 Share on other sites
