Can anyone tell me with a successful homemade metal detectors that finds gold. If you struggling with a homemade detector for finding gold if you need help i have many ideas to help.

It seems like you are asking for help or offering to help at the same time? Gold nugget detecting is highly competitive and most people I know are using top end commercial detectors. Almost nobody here uses a homemade detector. If making metal detectors is your interest, you will find more information at the Geotech Forums

Very few project detectors have effective ground balance and therefore, are largely useless for prospecting. All of the PI projects have poor pulse delays (not great sensitivity) and the required CPU coding is often proprietary and not available for further development. Unless someone has recently brought something new to the table, don't waste your time.
