Yes, when I inquired about my unit's wobbly shaft a little over a year ago, I was told that I needed to send my unit in. I never did. I will try another call to see if they can just send the parts. Just had to give Jamie the serial number of my Equinox and they sent the replacement shaft pieces. They are very aware that the first machines had a shaft problem.
