Joel
I received my E800 on 1/15/18 but only have a few hours on it. Today I found a ring marked WH 825 (82.5% silver I am presuming). If anyone has any information or seen a similar ring I would appreciate the feedback. I also found 2 quarters, 5 dimes & 14 pennies, all clad. I'm definitely happy so far with the Equinox. I was using Park 1 and all preset settings. I have attached 3 photos of the ring.
steveg
Joel, First off, that says 925 -- sterling! BINGO! Second, you won't believe this, but yesterday morning I dug a VERY similar ring!! Smashed, but VERY similar!!! What are the odds of that?! Check it out...

Nuke em
Yep thats 925 . Almost all Silver rings are i think . I found a Gold one on 13 October 2015 but it broke into pieces not long after finding it . Must have been on the beach for years Here it is when it was whole along with the coinage i found that day . The ring is upside down , 10.2g 9k . cdv
Always a nice find, got one last week myself, Claddagh ring is the name for it. I find a few each year but only one that was gold. Good find! Cliff
steveg
Wow, thanks for the extra info on the rings, guys! I did not know that's what they were Irish/Claddagh rings! Steve
Joel
Thanks for all the information, I really appreciate it. I like to gather as much information and history on the things I find. My wife has been doing family ancestry research and discovered she is part Irish. She is going to get the ring, (it just happens to fit).
