I'm sorry about that as I did not know that, it is unfair to you and Minelab should correct that asap. During WW11 so many of your family members fought and died for their freedom just as ours did.

I believe that the veterans have deserved it as they have fought to save us all from all the evil in this world.

Well if the prices continue to go up I will simply keep what I have and use it until it drops dead. Then and only then will I find another detector and it doesn't have to be a Minelab.

I sort of remember hearing of a person that just bought a detector and was practicing in his front yard with it and found a nugget that looked like a boot. I don't know if that was true, but they said it was worth about a million when I heard the story. Does anyone else know if that was true or not.

The reason you didn't hear gun shots is because it's bow season, and I don't know of to many arrows that you can hear.

Great job on the recoveries and I'm sure that it was a lot of hard work. Beautiful area to hunt, I have used a rake that has wire to retrieve items with instead of a shovel. Good luck on your next hunt and stay safe out there. It's a lot easier to use the best way to get fish, just a 1/2 stick of dynamite will get most of them within a 50 foot area.

Nice looking gold that you did find while still hunting and finding some nice items. I knew that you had to of found some gold while you were hunting, but didn't know why you didn't show it. Good luck on your next outing.

Looks like your working on a nice little dredge setup, what size boat motor are you going to use. I know people that has placed a small pontoon on one side of a boat that size and placed a sluice on it to capture everything he could. Good luck and stay safe out there.
