All I can say is Thanks for cleaning up the beaches and parks for others to enjoy. I have not been out there detecting in 2023 very much, but I never leave trash when I dig it up. Good luck on your next outings and stay safe out there.

Thanks for sharing the video and I will have to watch it a few more times before doing something like that. I like the longer ones so it maybe catches more gold. Stay warm out there and keep the firewood close and dry.

I can't wait to hear what you think of the headphones after you use them a few times. I have the original headphones that came with grandfathers 800, and they have never been used so I don't know if they even work. Good luck and stay safe out there.

I have almost flat land where I am at, and that is why I follow the creeks. When in the creek or gully i will find an area with some small gold and stay with the area going up stream until there is no more to find. When that happens I know that somewhere between the two places is where the gold has come from. I then start up the sides of the creek to the top area of the bank until there is no more gold to find. I make sure that I check both sides of the banks and try to locate where the largest pieces of gold is to be had. When I think I have found all there is at the location I move to another area and start over. There is no set place that the gold will always be in my area, so it is always a constant search for more gold in more areas. We have a lot of small creeks near me that only have water in them during the rainy season, so I am constantly checking more areas. Hope you find the answers that work for you in your area.

Nice hunt and some good gold, now get back out there and get their bigger brothers. That area seems to be a great area to find some big gold and even the small stuff. Hope you keep hitting it and bring home the mother load.
