1899 Gold Ring, With Stealth Xcalibur

Recommended Posts

Out with my buddy Mike in rough waters the other day. Eight silvers and One Old gold marked ... "Sept 29-99" Silvers in bad condition due to being submersed in the bay for many years.

Being able to hunt "IN" rough water with a silent running machine allowed me to pull very faints targets normally not heard unless the water is flat.

Conditions were 16 to 18 mph winds, choppy water. No falsing while swinging and no noise with the water slapping the machine at any level.

I did notice after a few hours hunting I was getting a little noise at the end of my swing (right).. but realized it was from me getting sloppy with my swing.

Coil control can really affect the performance.

Mike and I over the years have talked and shared ideas on how to improve the xcal ........... this idea finally came to light...Stealth Xcalibur

More changes are planned, working on another coil for it right now.

Nice to find gold. Is that one find a cross?

I was in a freshwater lake this morning and it was windy. A lot different than an ocean I would guess. The waves were pushing and pulling me. One wave hit me in the chest and water went up my nose. I quit after 45 min. Didn't find anything either.

Yes, chunky design with a bird on it? I'll get a better picture later.

Those surprise waves can be a disaster. I've lost one gold ring with one a few years ago. And almost lost this one too.

Lovely.

Another shot by the master.

A question for You Joe...

What are You using as a handle? I'm getting Crazy with bike terminals without to have the right inclination for a good hand drive.

99%of the bike stuff Is straight and not angled like Your.

Is that a specific shaft by some brand or not?

Clean setup as usual for the control box.

Porn to Say the right term😆

Nice finds again for you, stay safe under the water and away from the sharks.

Good luck on your next hunt.

Great mod of the xcal. ❤️ Wow, on how degraded the silvers get. I have only found a couple like that at a long, flat beach a while back. That's melting material for a small ingot 😄

Strange looking and more then likely dated 40's to 50's? Most of the coins were in that period.

I think it's a dove and signifies the holy spirit - 1/3 of the trilogy -  Father, Son, Holy Spirit (ghost)
