  8. Thats cool. I still have yet to find a class ring.. of course you have to hunt to actually find one lol and I've not been out in a while. I bought my son and his girl class rings for their graduation.. Knowing that people like you are out there to return them if they ever became lost is gratifying. strick
  9. Only ran out a couple times....I like to hit the like on new members posts for encouragement. Everyone likes to be liked and I think 20 is more then enough. Now what about HaHa, Sad, Confused, and Thanks? How many of those do we get? strick

  11. A lot of the Florida boys use a hookah system for diving for warm water lobsters....Might be the way to go. Been thinking if getting certified for diving...one more thing on my list.... Good Hunting...from one Chuck to another! strick
  12. Kiwijw- And I thought I had a problem. You have a museum of detectors! and you have helped me re think what I believed to be a problem. My list is far shorter then yours. So for now I'll be keeping the 7000, Gold Monster, 2300, GB 2, Nox 800, CTX 3030, TDI pro (beach detector) Thanks for the therapy...where do I send the check? lol. We just got back from the High Sierras where after 4 days of hard hunting I was able to come up with a little over half of gram of gold.. lol. Makes me want to re think my hobbies...probably could have done better looking for jewelry at parks or beaches...but then again we would have not had the experience camping in a remote area of the beautiful Sierras this summer which is worth more then the Gold itself. Someone once told me (experienced gold hunter) that the 2300 was useless because it would take forever to pay it off digging all those tiny bits of gold.....My response....was that If I wanted to make money I would have stayed home. Some of my friends that I have made on this site came to visit us on this trip and that is worth all the weight of gold itself. HH my friend strick

  16. The wise old detectorist.....some day I hope to match. One of my buds in high school used to wear coveralls without a shirt. Big hairy chest...his name was Eddie Musietti. don't know what became of him. But know one ever messed with him. I'll take a look at wally world next time I'm there....My butt still holds my pants up for now but I need to prepare. struick
