Gold Rush Camp Finds 05/01

Today the better half and I hit the camp.  She used the Equinox with 6” coil because the 11” is too heavy for her.  I had the DEUS with 11” coil.  The DEUS takes some concentration but it does pull some stuff out.  Tiny to large it sees it.  I don’t mind the false at times on flat iron.  Anyways here are some pics of my finds today.   The little button is a sailing ship.  The pistol probably has a tale or two.  The buckle was in a bed of iron and gave a sharp blip on the DEUS.

Chris, you are just knocking them out of the ball-park lately.

 

And those buckles have become the "cat's meow" of desired/collectible finds , in collector circles lately.   They, & the gun, are just dripping with history and are so cool to find.  Congratz !

Looks to me like you're up to speed on the deus! Very nice finds! Ship button is especially nice, never seen one before. Can you read the backmark?

Maybe a carbon fiber rig for the Equinox? Might help and give her a bigger coil.

It says EXTRA so it's probably COLOUR. I've seen that on a few buttons. 🙂

It’s so small it’s a blur even with a magnified visor or I’m just old.
