Hit the beach earlier and you can see the idiots beefed up the jetties that are in the wrong direction and added some pilons that do diddly. Houses will eventually get undermined and I will gain more beach to detect on! Seems to be the work of a private contractor and not the army corp of engineers. phrunt Posted November 14, 2021 Share Posted November 14, 2021 Looks like a 20 cent coin. Australian 50 cent coins are crazy big, you almost need a wheelbarrow to lug them around in your wallet. The 20 cent isn't too bad, still a giant coin though. Not sure why they made such big coins, probably to stop you storing too many in your wallet so you're forced to spend them 🙂 That beach has really unusual coloured sand. Guess people are fussy about what they sunbathe on 🙂 Signal was inbetween a copper and a silver and when I dug it I knew it wasn't silver, almost thought it was a medalion of some sorts lol.
