How To Clean Your Gold Specimens................With A Hatchet

Recommended Posts

The miners in Brazil care not one thing about collecting gold or specimen value.  Most gold found there by artisan miners rapidly ends up in a gold dealers hands. The first thing the dealer does is what you see in the video, dolly the quartz or iron stone out so the weight of the gold can be determined.  I have witnessed this on my prospecting trips down there.  It is also illegal to take raw gold out of the country as all found gold is supposed to end up in the government coffers. Its their brand of socialism where the government owns just about everything

Sure seems like from an economic supply standpoint that larger nuggets are going to be very rare and valuable at some point. Throughout history they are always being melted down and nature isn't in much of a hurry to make new ones.

Larger diamonds tend to stick around by comparison.

the Gold gods told me this what I must do to make all happy that look for it. So i chop it up and I spread it over the land for the nugget hunters to find in the US. Here I am to chop and chop to the end of time.

You have just read the bull for the day.

Chuck

PS If I found something that big you would have to pull it out of my dead hand to chop it up.

I'm not seeing a video?

I had a Brazilian business partner for several years. He sponsored a lot of Brazilians into the States and taught English to them so I managed to pick up a little Português.

Not saying I could translate but I know the difference between an x and a sh. :)
