I met this little guy near Quartzsite yesterday...he must have been lonely or just curious because he kept following me.

Well i knew we were supposed to slow down with the 7000, but .....

--i never had a turtle overtake me yet!!!!!!

I think that explains a lot to me-

I guess I will have to gear it down some more ,huh

One of those desert tortoises followed me around while I was detecting a few years back, also near Q; who knows, maybe it's the same one?

thanks Guys, when I first seen him I got off to the side and lay down to get a better view, he came to me. Then not wanting to bother him I moved away and he came to the detector on the ground. Then I moved down the hill and came to me again...I didn't know my charm extended to tortoises...
