Half Reale, Nice Button Found Using Mighty 6” Coil

I’ve used the 6” coil several times now and it’s proving to be effective in my most iron-laden sites. I found the reale about 4” deep using field 2, sens 22, iron on. Threshold, 50 tones, GB 0, recovery 6, Iron bias 2.  It was hitting a solid 22. The button was found at about 6” and rang up 18-19.     I am using the updated software and have no plans to go back to the original version as the new has been working well for me

Maybe  Reales is plural. The singular term is the one I always question. I usually spell it Reale, but I see it everywhere as Real mostly. I think I've seen it written both ways in one article  I have to go to Mel Fishers site. What ever he says goes in my book.

 

Update; Now I'm really confused. Mel Fisher's site has some replicas listed as 1 Reale, 2 Reale (no s). Maybe because it's not more than one coin???

I've always used that moniker, so it'll likely stay - lol
