Apparently it ticks the boxes to be a continent (Zealandia) but I'm not sure that it has been officially pronounced as such. https://www.businessinsider.com.au/maps-reveal-eighth-continent-zealandia-underwater-2020-6?r=US&IR=T
rvpopeye
I saw it on a geek vid channel , North Zealandia is New Caledonia and New Zealand is South Zealandia . The rest is under water but they decided it was dry for long enough time in history to qualify. Link to map + vid.vvvvvvvvvvvvvv (I just saw this is very similar to Northeast's link , hey if you saw it on the internet......)
